I think this is great so far! It was honestly pretty fun to play. I was just going to check out the game, but I ended up playing several times.

I encountered two bugs I think?
1: The game suddenly just froze. I don't know how or why, but it was when the boss reached 20% health.

2: I couldn't level up past level 5 (I believe), although this might just be because you haven't added content past level 5

I also had a few other kinds of issues. If you don't want that kind of feedback feel free to ignore ˙ᵕ˙

1: It was a bit difficult to see when the gun is about to overheat when I was surrounded, since the gun is behind the enemies. Would it be possible to get like a tiny bit of smoke right before it overheats?

2: I had no idea what the counter in the upper left corner was. I assume you're going to make something that explains it. 

3: When I picked up random cards that the enemies dropped, I didn't always have time to read them. Would it be possible to add click to dismiss or at least pause the game for a second or two to let the player read?

I don't now what is happening when the game froze, which boss were you fighting

The reason the xp bar stops at level five is because the boss battle can only occur at level five and the other enemies need to be cleared out first, the bar should resume after the battle, i am aware this is not very clear in the game and i am looking for ways to better represent this to the player

The gun overheating was a counter measure for players spamming and making the reload speed obsolete, Your supposed to hold down click and use spamming rarely in dire circumstances, i can make the gun smoke before overheating

The counter in the top left is for currency collected from monsters, this is part of a work in progress stats tuning mechanic which i am working on,

I originally had the cards pausing the game but it got too frequent and there were too many of them, i could make them appear for longer or make the first of every type pause the game if that would improve it

I can't remember the name of the boss, but I think it was like a round greenish circle thing (I'm not sure how much that helps). It doesn't really have to have anything to do with the boss at all though, that was just what I could see that could be the issue ˙ᵕ˙

I think the issue with the cards disappearing quickly could also be fixed if there was a way to look through all the cards/pages you've collected. That way you could at least go to base and look through it there. That would prevent the gameplay from being interrupted in the heat of battle.

With the way the cards are set up its not viable to show you your collection but I can have the option to review your stats, are you able to recreate the freezing error
